How do I book?

When are you open?
Tuesday 9am–8pm, Wednesday 10am–6pm, Thursday 9am–8pm, Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–5pm. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
Where are you?
95-97 Colindeep Lane, Sprowston, Norwich, NR7 8EQ.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking outside the front of the salon, level and close to the door.

Nails
I have gel nails from another salon. What should I book?
Book soak off and nail condition (new clients). It takes 1 hour and costs £27.
Is SA Nail Design part of Mistique?
No. SA Nail Design is a separate nail business that rents space in the salon, with its own bookings.
Holistic therapies
How long does reflexology take?
Reflexology takes 1 hour and costs £45.
What is the Mistique holistic massage?
A treatment made up for you, including aromatherapy massage and reflexology. A good way to try our holistic treatments if you are not sure which will suit you. It takes 1 hour and costs £51.
Massage and packages
What is in the pamper package?
An express facial and a back facial. It takes 1 hour 30 mins and costs £65.
What is in the relaxation package?
Face cleanse and exfoliation, face and scalp massage, and a back, neck and shoulder massage. It takes 1 hour 15 mins and costs £51.
Microdermabrasion
Do I need a patch test before microdermabrasion?
Yes. Book a free consultation and patch test before your first microdermabrasion treatment.
How does the microdermabrasion course work?
Start with a free consultation and patch test. A single 30-minute session is £41. The course is five sessions for £205, with a sixth session free.
Reflexology
How long does reflexology take, and what does it cost?
Reflexology takes 1 hour and costs £45.
Can I have reflexology with a massage?
Yes. The Mistique holistic massage is a treatment made up for you, including aromatherapy massage and reflexology. It takes 1 hour and costs £51.
Waxing
Which waxes use hot wax?
Brazilian, Hollywood and high bikini waxes, including the follow-up waxes. Face and body waxing uses warm wax.
When should I book a follow-up wax?
Brazilian and Hollywood follow-up waxes are for 4 to 5 weeks after your last wax.
Eye treatments
Do I need a patch test before a tint?
Yes, if you have not been to us in the last 6 months. Book a free patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. It takes 15 minutes.
Facials
Which facial is the quickest?
The express facial takes 30 mins and costs £33.
What is in the indulgent facial?
The luxury facial, plus a hand and arm or foot and leg massage while the mask is on. It takes 1 hour 15 mins and costs £51.
Back facial
What happens in a back facial?
Cleanse, exfoliation removed with hot towels, back massage, a mask removed with hot towels, and hydrating lotion. It takes 1 hour and costs £44.
Can I have a back facial with a facial?
Yes. The Mistique pamper package is an express facial and a back facial. It takes 1 hour 30 mins and costs £65.
Spray tan
How long does a spray tan take?
A full body St. Tropez spray tan takes 30 mins and costs £26.
When should I wax or shave before a spray tan?
At least 8 hours before your spray tan.
When can I shower after a spray tan?
Let the tan develop overnight and, if you can, wait 8 hours before your first shower.
